Jon became President of Graco in 2010, having formerly held positions as its CFO and Vice President, and has over 24 years on the Graco team. During this tenure, he aided in the expansion of the company from one store location to eleven. More recently, Jon was instrumental in the restructuring of Graco during a historic economic contraction, implementing controls to increase profitability and maintain Graco as a driving force in the industry. Formerly, as CFO, Jon had the responsibility for capital management, financing, business development and financial functions of the Company. As Vice President, Jon also oversaw all aspects of the corporate office (e.g., accounting, inventory, safety and legal.)
Mark joined Graco as Chief Operating Officer in April of 2010. Mark’s 20 years of oilfield experience has been heavily focused on drilling engineering, completion engineering, pumping operations, front line management, technical client support, business development (both domestic and international), and executive management. Mark was previously associated with a large cap oilfield services company, where he was responsible for all aspects of business management for the stimulation, cementing, and coiled tubing operations in the Mid-Continent and Southeastern US regions. Mark holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Steve serves as a Senior Vice President for Graco and directs the Company’s Inventory Control, Health, Safety & Environmental, Customer Contract, Large Asset Procurement and Divesture, and Insurance Departments. Joining the Company in 2001 as its Inventory Coordinator and Safety Officer, Steve brought expertise among multiple disciplines, including over 25 years of inventory control and management experience, oilfield equipment & business brokerage covering the Canadian, U.S. and Mexican markets, as well as having been a professional auctioneer for the same equipment.
Ed joined Graco in 2012 as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing to the Company over 30 years of financial management experience. Throughout his career, Ed has been heavily involved in corporate governance, capital management, finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and risk management. Ed has previously served as a member of several companies’ board of directors and in managing capacities of several global insurance organizations and financial services industry consulting firms, including having served as a CEO of a public Delaware holding company and its downstream life reinsurance company.
Mark has over 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a large majority of that time in the fishing and rental tool sector. Most recently, before joining Graco in 2013, Mark was Director of Fishing and Rental for a domestic energy services company where he was responsible for operations and sales with a staff of 100 covering Texas, North Louisiana and Colorado. Previously, Mark was a founding partner in a private fishing and rental tool company and also worked in various sales, operations and supervisor positions with Superior Energy, Baker Oil Tools and Dresser Swaco. Mark holds a degree in Petroleum Technology from Louisiana Tech University.
Associated with Graco for over 27 years, Jason has held various positions including Vice President of Operations, District Manager, Salesman and Fishing Tool Supervisor. As Vice President of Operations, his responsibilities include trouble shooting and advising management on all aspects relating to operations of the company. Having managed seven locations for Graco, Jason was instrumental in increasing sales and expanding Graco’s geographical footprint. As a Fishing Tool Supervisor, Jason was also responsible for the operation of foam units, reverse units, and packers.
Tom joined Graco in 2003 at the Glendive, MT store as shop foreman. Tom advanced to store manager in Casper, WY and has held the position of District Manager since 2012 of the Northern District, which includes Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming. Prior to joining the Graco team, Tom worked in the oilfield service industry with Pool Well Service, Homco International, and Weatherford Enterra in the Williston, ND area. Tom has 24 years of oilfield experience and is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a BS degree in Animal Science.
Mike is currently Graco’s District Manager of the Western District, which includes Utah, Colorado, and Nevada. Previously, Mike was a fishing supervisor for Graco in the Vernal UT store since 1997. Mike has experience in all aspects of the oilfield service industry working as roughneck, tool pusher, consultant and fisherman. Since entering the industry in 1983, he has served with Baker Well Service, Well Tech Service, Duco, Colorado Well Service, Pool Well Services and Twin Arrow. Mike brings a deep background of experienced wellsite management and wellbore intervention to Graco’s customers.
Bobby serves as Graco's District Manager for the Southwestern District, which includes Texas and New Mexico. Bobby has led the development of Graco’s Southwestern operations, beginning with his joining the Company in March 2004 as store manager for the newly opened business in Monahans, Texas. Mr. Gibson brings 34 years of oilfield experience to Graco, beginning his career in 1978 as a shop hand, with progressive responsibilities of working floors and derricks, operating reverse units, and onto the art of wellbore fishing and as a field salesman until his move to Graco.
